– Several weeks prior to the consultation, a two-hour Gold Mining call is lead by Keith Chambers, supported by his team.
– Keith and his team extract the critical information needed to set the platform for growing your business.
Phase II: CREATIVE
– The Chambers team creates a strategy that will identify a series of ways for you to grow your business, immediately and without significant investment.
– Six to eight distinct repositioning opportunities will be leveraged into an attack plan for your new Selling Proposition.
Phase III: THE CHAMBERS DELIVERABLE:
Two Hour Consultation
– In the first hour, Keith will lead a critique of the client’s current Selling Proposition, identifying its strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the competition, specifically and the category in general.
– The second hour consists of the Chambers Group’s presentation of a strategy that identifies the opportunity to grow the clients business, as well as a tactical plan to execute the solution. A final report of these findings and recommendations is delivered to the client at this time.
